  • Eden Florist is based in Christchurch, New Zealand servicing the Canterbury region. Out-of-town work is available by arrangement. Our travel cost varies between our clients’ requirements. For more information, please contact us.

  • We are available year-round to create your wedding or event florals. Our peak season is from October - April which often books up 12-18 months in advance. The best way to know if we are available is to fill out our enquiry form or email us.

  • No. Each client of ours has different requirements for their wedding or event so our prices vary. If you would like a rough idea of pricing, please contact us.

  • Yes. Our delivery, set-up and pack-down fees are reflective of how far we need to travel, how many different locations we are setting up or delivering to and how many items we are setting up. This varies between each of our clients.

  • Generally, we require a $300 non-refundable deposit to secure your wedding date with us, due 2 weeks after the invoice has been sent. Once paid, our services are secured for your wedding or event. Some larger events may also require a larger deposit for securing supplier stock

  • Final payment is due two-four weeks prior to the wedding or event date. Please see our Terms & Conditions for more.

  • Get in contact with us as soon as possible. In most cases, a full refund (excluding deposit) can be returned. Sometimes only a partial refund may be available due to the supply already being secured.

  • Flowers are subject to seasonal availability, where possible we will always use flowers as quoted or as similar as available. Any major changes will be notified as soon as possible.
